Uszka

Uszka, meaning “little ears” in Polish, are delicate, bite-sized dumplings traditionally served in a bowl of rich, ruby-red beet soup (barszcz) during Polish Christmas Eve celebrations, known as Wigilia. Our uszka are lovingly made by hand using traditional Polish-inspired recipes, tender dough, and flavourful mushroom only or mushroom and sauerkraut fillings.
