Ingredients List

We believe the dough is the true star of a good pierogi. It took over a year of testing, tweaking, and perfecting to develop our core recipe. It was only when Babcia (my grandmother) tasted and approved it did I know we were finally ready to share it with the public. 

Our dough is the foundation of every bite, so we take care in choosing simple, quality staples that create the perfect balance of softness and flavour. Our ingredients aren't fancy - just honest, wholesome products that make our pierogi taste like home.

Traditional Dough: All-purpose flour, water, butter, egg, and salt.

Vegan Dough: All-purpose flout, water, corn oil, potatoes, potato starch, and salt.
